AutoBookkeeperAI (“we,” “the Service”) is a draft bookkeeping software tool. By creating an account or uploading statements you agree to these terms.
The Service generates DRAFT financial statements from files you upload. It does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice; does not file returns; and does not create a CPA–client or preparer relationship. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs and consulting a licensed professional before filing or relying on them.
Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect (missing statements, mis-categorizations, unmatched transfers, missing depreciation, etc.). TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR TAX PENALTIES, INTEREST, OR PROFESSIONAL FEES ARISING FROM USE OF DRAFT OUTPUTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR $0 IF YOU PAID NOTHING).
No abuse, scraping, reverse engineering to attack the Service, uploading malware, or attempting to access other users’ data. We may suspend accounts that threaten security or abuse AI/compute resources.
See our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy. You may delete your account and associated data from the app (Account → Delete) or by emailing the operator; deletion removes D1 rows and R2 statement objects for your account.
We may update these terms; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
